I had the same and at 29 weeks it's kinda eased up but not completely. the dr. recommended I take unisom and vitamin b6. they are both over the counter you take them together once nightly or twice a day. I lost 15 lbs my first trimester

I had morning sickness my entire pregnancy, every single day, all day. There really isn't much you can do if you don't want to be on medication your whole pregnancy. But if you can take medication my all means take it!! If she doesn't, tell her to pretty much always have something, no matter how small around to eat. An empty stomach makes it MUCH WORSE. Eat a cracker every time you feel like getting sick. Avoid motion, like driving. That's all really :/ it's pretty horrible haha
