Can you pump while still pregnant? I'm 39 weeks.

Idk lol this is my third baby though and have always been able to produce milk very well. This is all still colostrum and I only do it once maybe twice a week if my boobs are really engorged. I breast fed my first til she was 6 months and my other daughter til she was 15 months. And no I don't have to wear breast pads YET but I'm sure once baby girl is here I'll be soaking through them in no time.

@alesia_, did you have to start wearing those pads after you started pumping?

@alesia_ whaat how do you do that! I'm 33 weeks and have been leaking clear colostrum for a couple months, but it's literally only a couple drops at a time if I'm hand expressing

My reason is not to induce labor. I really just want to know if Im going to be able to breast feed. BUT I am scheduled to have a c-section Wednesday and I would much rather have her vaginally. Soooo going into labor on my own would be amazing lol.

they say it will put you into labor because it makes your uterus contract, but being full term I don't think it would be a bad thing if your wanting to go into labor
