Any suggestions on what to take for a sore throat?

I was having the same problem plus some sinus drainage and congested so I went to the doctor and he said it was a viral sinus infection so you might have that. He gave me cough syrup for it and told me to take Tylenol too

Warm tea with honey ! Works wonders

Cepacol throat lozenges. 😊 or Tylenol cold. That was my lifesaver when I was really sick two months ago.
