Lay on your side on a couch, cross your arms in front of you so your right arm is hanging off the couch....keep stretching like that for a few minutes and see if it helps. It took me forever to find this trick but it helps me...sometimes it take a bit tho~ good luck!! @jacqcuffle @babymama85 @
