buy the cream and make sure u bathe him and then apply the cream. jus do it repeatedly. eventually it'll go away. I worked at a day care and one of my friends daughter had it and she would jus apply the cream continuously and my husband had it as well as a child and said the same the thing

my son has eczema and so do i.. his pediatrician gave im an oil we use. other than that i use all hyperallergenic cleaner and soaps and alot of corisone cream and benadryl for the itching

Keri lotion, curel lotion when they get bigger. Try Aveno baby for eczema. I have eczema and that's what I used.
