Girl... I swear after I had my 1st daughter I did exactly what you're doing with the frozen water bottles... girl I fell asleep with the bottles on my boobs and woke up to them not hurting anymore lol

Cold cabbage leaves n try to wear a bra tht keeps them tight. Change the leaves evry 3/4hrs as needed.

I would wrap them with an ace bandage. That's what my friend did and it worked for her

take some benadryl! it will dry you up!

not hot water, that will cause let down and cause you to make more.... cold cabbage leaves in your bra or take antihistamines to help dry up
