Yeh you go in and they give you this thing in your vag to kinda open up your cervix then the next day or later on the start the pit drip which is pitocin and it gets your contractions going you dilate they sweep and bust your water if it doesn't give on its own and you have a baby if you don't dilate like your sposed to you'll get a c section which I honestly prefer
