Is my baby being with her arm up like this for 3+ months normal? This was in January & every u/s I went to after that her arms were up like this. Last one was at 32 weeks she won't move it for anything in this world lol.

Can you have strep and not a fever? My daughter has this rash on her. I noticed it 2 nights ago on her feet and now it's spread up her legs and on her arms. She's talking funny, like her throat is swollen, but she says it doesn't hurt and she has no fever.
