anyone else get hot flashes like no other?? one minute im fine then the next im dying of heat.

@jjmom12345678, i get mine during the day more. but I take a sleeping pill to help with my pregnancy insomnia at night lol

My SO is getting mad cause I'm freezing him out at night but I'm like o well I'm roasting

What kind of sleeping pill do you take @sunshine09

@mommy_of_02, my doctor told me to take a benadryl. i can take up to 2. but 1 does the trick if I take it an hour before bedtime

I've been dealing with the same thing. my husband takes the covers and freezes while I'm dying of heat laying next to an open window.

I got a hot flash tonight and coupled with pregnancy insomnia ive been up for almost 3 hours. @michellevaldez4750 not to mention my baby is super active and kicking the crap outta me lol

I have insomnia too although I always did but it's gotten worse with pregnancy. and I am so exhausted I fall asleep during the day so that doesn't help. my downstairs neighbors have their heat so high it comes up through our vents and with the windows open its 76 degrees in here. I can't even breathe. I know I'll regret saying this but I'm looking forward to feeling baby kick :) I remember how uncomfortable I was at the end so it gets to be a bit much after a while but it's still really cool to see and feel them move around in there :)
