How do y'all feel about vaccinations on newborns/toddlers I heard many scary things and I'm very afraid to do any vaccinations on my kids and my new baby that we are expecting!!! What are your thoughts???

I get my kids all their shots because it's harder when they get older my kids rarely get sick and I make sure they are update on all their stuff and I will be doing the same with my newborn as well

our son is getting vaccinated for sure. the pros greatly outweigh the risks

don't ever feel forced to vaccinate. take your time to decide and do research. ask your doctor for the vaccine insert.

the blood brain barrier dosent close until age 2. there are lots of people who wait until 2 to start giving people vaccines. there is also delayed schedules that are much safer than getting several at once

I'm a nurse, and while I understand that there are some risks to vaccinations I feel that the benefit way out ways the risks. There has been an increase of preventable diseases because parents have been choosing to opt out of vaccinations. Infants and immune compromised children rely on herd immunity, and not getting your children vaccinated is taking away that extra protection from things like measles, mumps, whooping cough, etc.
