Are you aloud to eat when you are being induced ? I get admitted today at 3 but won't get pitocin till 7am tomorrow morning. Do I just have to starve till he gets here?

I wasn't around to eat after midnight when I was induced and they didn't start the drip till after 7

They told me I can eat with Pitocin just not after the epidural. I'm getting induced in the morning too! Good luck momma!!

if they wouldn't let me for that long I would tell them to kiss my ass and have someone sneak me some food in lol. But no I wasn't allowed to eat.

i ate on my way to the hospital to be induced with my son. nothing heavy just some toast but as long as your not going under anastasia you should be ok.
