@rika25, yep, kinda sucks that you have to wait. @jennifer688 the nurse told me to try more protein and avoid carbs because they will turn to sugar. I'm doing eggs for breakfast and was recommended a hearty soup for lunch.

@jennifer688, @rika25 I was supposed to hold it for an hour. There is an hour test and a three hour test if you fail the first.

I didn't think it was bad either. Just make sure it's really cold. I wasn't allowed to eat like 2 hours beforehand but I still had some food in my system.

I didn't think it was bad, but apparently my stomach thought otherwise. I just got home from attempting mine. I puked it all up five minutes after finishing it. Gotta go back tomorrow and try again.
