How can I wash a rock n play? My daughter sleeps in that and she peed through her diaper last night.…

Mine has snaps & velcro, it's a pain to take off! I wash that & wipe the plastic part off with a clorax wipe.

mine is kind of annoying because to take the fabric off I would have to take the whole thing apart basically

Do you think it might be ok to just soak in the bath as is? I can fold it down but I don't think I can take the fabric off

@ciaramarie, I wouldn't because then the bottom may not dry all the way & it could mold. A bunch of them recalled for mold issues..

Yeah I wouldn't because of the possible mold that could occur. The best way would be to get the fabric off and toss in the wash. If yours is like mine then it won't be the easiest thing in the world to get the fabric off but it's worth it

@emkasting, I'll have to see how I can get it off. It stinks lol. I feel like any baby item that has fabric should be made to be easily taken apart to wash! Lol.

Hmm what detergent did you wash it in? Might take a couple washes to get the smell out, maybe try getting some of that dreft scent booster! That seems to work pretty well. I hate that you had to take it apart to wash it, I know I'll have to do the same thing with mine

@emkasting, I used tide. I asked my mom though she told me to wash it in the washer with vinegar then wash it again with the tide. Apparently vinegar takes the smell out.
