what do you ladies do to increase your milk supply ? im sick of drinking just water but thats the only thing that seems to work

I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
