Anyone ever experienced major depression after a miscarriage?

I can't eat.

I'm having trouble sleeping.

I zone out in the middle of the day.

My fiance and I have gotten closer emotionally but I feel that physically I'm so distant from him.

help? any suggestions?

@tay_tay0716, I have been going back and forth with myself because I hate taking any kinds of pills. I'm very bad at remembering to take them and sometimes I'm stubborn and think I don't need them when I do. Ive been on antidepressants before and had no success. So honestly not sure it would be beneficial.

@maddygrace720 thank you so much. I'm really torn though. I wanted a baby so bad and we were so excited and then our baby just died with no warning. We found out at 13 weeks that our baby Bexley had stopped development and growth at 10 weeks. We are still very devastated but have talked about trying again in a couple months. Sometimes I feel like I would be "replacing" my baby if I got pregnant again and I don't know how to make that go away. because I know that Bexley is my baby and I am an angel mommy but I feel like if I have a new baby I am not supposed to be sad about the baby I lost. sorry this is so much. just haven't really vented.

When I had my miscarriage my doctor put me on and antidepressant just for a short time and suggested therapy. It really helped me.

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
