Moms who have had a c section- how do you sleep in the days/weeks after while you're healing? Literally every position hurts right now

& did they give u any ibuprofen if so take it like the bottle says it helps too

Yes lord it gives u so much support with it I was able to sleep on my side & belly it will b a life saver girl it stops the pulling jelly feeling

I have a binder wrap thing I haven't used it yet. Should I? @lil_bigmama ? Everything hurts soooo bad

to tell u the truth pillows under ur belly I even keep my wrap on bc I felt like my insides would fall out

my favorite postion coming home was sleeping on my belly. but I had this like waist band that they gave me which gave it pressure so I never felt anything hurting... which I'm surprised since I never even pictured up my prescription for any pain or anything.
