When is a vaginal ultrasound required? I hope I don't have to get one. 😖

If and when they can't see what they need to see. Usually once maybe twice in the early stages. Drink a lot of water before u go.

They aren't bad. Just a little pressure. & I only had to have a few done in the very beginning of my pregnancy because he was turned too much to see everything on the regular ultra sound and they thought he was a twin so they were checking for the second sac.

I had to get one at 6 weeks cause baby was so tiny they couldn't see. they're not that bad though

they really arent bad theres just a little bit of pressure. ive had a few done and its really no big deal. i love any ultrasound i get i think theyr amazing💖💖💖

I got one at 12 weeks, it's not to bad and one when finding out the gender because she wouldn't show....

they aren't that bad I actually like them you see more, I got 3 5,6,15

I got one at 8 weeks. And they did one at my 20 week anatomy scan to check my cervix

I refused them and when they tried and abnormal ultrasound at 11 weeks 5 days and found him just fine. I think that it just depends on the person.

They aren't required. But, since I have a tilted uterus all of my ultrasounds have been vaginal so far...

They are so worth it! Seeing your baby takes away anything you're feeling, and it wasn't painful at all. I had 5 of them this pregnancy because I went to the ER for a hemorrhage so much.

get one to confirm and one afterwards. .think both should be done before 12 weeks. .before that they can't see the baby as well with others ultrasound
