What do you guys do for heartburns? Any home remedies? Because I get awful heartburns! 😩

I dont take my tums everyday only when my heartburn flares up..Try the milk it works @malaakandsuna

@muvah.earthh, I have had maybe two meals all day because of how bad it is and uncomfortable to eat.. I am actually a fast eater lol , I'll try it thanks!

tums helped me .. but I also heard how it can be avoided which has helped me too .. eat slower and smaller portions .. and also don't eat and drink .. ear first , drink later .. and if you're eating dry foods, SIP on some room temp water while eating.

@tbella91, I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow and tell him how bad they are I am hoping I can get something strong to help I can barely eat!!
