I loved mine! I made them the night before I got induced because a friend recommended them and they worked wonders.

Aloe gel & water.

I used aloe gel and witch hazel. Don't get a giant bottle though unless you plan on using them for other things. I barely went through a 4th of the bottle I got and I made 20 pads. Witch hazel will always come in handy though for just about anything so I got a bigger bottle of that.

@addysmomma47, aloe, witches hazel, lavender oil and tea tree oil is what I used. So highly recommended

I'm having a c-section..can I put the pad on my stomach? Just kidding lol

I've been watching YouTube videos. They definitely say to make sure you take your pills when you're supposed to.
