I've been really bad about drinking caffeine during this pregnancy but recently(about the last week or so) have stopped drinking as much and I've been drinking more water. I feel like I'm feeling the baby kick less. I'm still feeling her move around mostly when I'm laying down but it's just not like a dance party in there.... Is this normal? Is it because of me drinking less caffeine or should I be worried there's something else wrong?

It could be baby adjusting to less caffeine, yes, or could be slowing down a bit just because. As long as baby is still moving plenty then you should be ok. You could always ask your OB to be safe :)

well I drink Cuban espresso every day and have been my entire pregnancy. I never noticed anything wrong besides me being a little more dehydrated. basically all this bullshit about what to eat and what not to eat and this and that is just what I said it is, bullshit. steer clear of the known bad stuff like cold cuts and raw meats and alcohol, but honestly girl, just enjoy yourself. i still eat sushi(cooked) I still drink my coffee with HELLA sugar, I still indulge in sweets, and I never had any health problems. as for the baby kicking, he or she probably just changed positions and you feel them less. I doubt it has anything to do with caffiene. as long as you can still feel her somewhat she should be just find. at your gestation she's still small enough to move to a different area that will muffle her kicks and punches a little bit. whenever I wanna feel my LO move I just lay on my back in the bed and relax. that's the time he usually kicks up a storm. :)
