2nd trimester... I havent eaten since lunch and kept throwing up nothing... this happened two nights ago as well when i hadnt eaten since lunch. is this from not eating?

so I puked 10 times today since 12 and can't keep any fluids down, nor have I eaten anything since 10 am, I'm rly dizzy now, I can't take this anymore, think I should go to the hospital?
