2nd trimester... I havent eaten since lunch and kept throwing up nothing... this happened two nights ago as well when i hadnt eaten since lunch. is this from not eating?

it definitely could be, I puke if I ignore my hunger too long. ....I'm scared to even stay in bed if my tummy is grumbling now
