If any lovely ladies are awake, is there anything I can do that will help me get comfortable? I've had rib, lower back pain and hip pain throughout today. The last 3 hours it's gotten worse to the point I can't sit, lay down or stand up, I'm currently on all fours just now rocking back and forth which is helping. But I am so tired and can't sleep in this position, any advice would be really appreciated right now.

That's me finally home @jod1303 . What a day😴. I'm in preterm labor but they're not overly concerned as she's in their words "a chunk"🙈. Still contracting but because my cervix hasn't opened they don't want to induce me yet, pretty much a waiting game now. But if pains get stronger I've to go straight in again. Thank you for taking the time to advise me as best as you could previously xx
@jod1303, thank you, you were right they are contractions. I waited until I could be seen today and I'm being sent to hospital now, been told to take both our bags too xx
i dont know what to advise as my contractions were in my back and sounded how youve described. see how often you get them and if dont ease off call up hun xx
@jod1303, I don't know🙈. So sore, it's like the pains get really intense then ease off. Rocking back and forth on all fours is helping a little, I just can't sleep like this. I don't want to call triage at this time for advice as they always want me to go in and I really don't have the energy to get there or wait around tonight xx
@tg123456789, I've never had pain like this, I used to have little twinges of back pain. But it's really low in my spine tonight. It's horrible isn't it? I think I may fall asleep on all fours tonight🙈😂 x
im nowhere near as far on as u but im same knt sleep 4 pain in lower back :( x
