So I'm getting induced on my 37 week due to "Cholastasis of pregnacy" & today I got my cervix checked & I'm 1/2 a centimeter dilated! I'm 35 weeks today! Should I start looking for ways to get my cervix dilated??? (Healthy ways) so my labor process won't take so long ?
I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
My cervix honestly sucks so bad... I haven't dilate nothing and I'm about to be 39 weeks tomorrow... It's so disappointing 😓
Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️
Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
You can try... I tried everything in the books. Finally rough sex last night got my contractions going and im in labor now. But ripening your cervix doesn't mean you'll dilate sadly.
