if ur a first time mom, and planing to breastfeed, ti make it less painful I would recommend you to get a nipple shield, those things work magic, my son is 10 months and I'm still breastfeeding

Nipple shields are okay for the beginning but there not recommended for everyone and every situation, or for long periods of time. But they can be helpful. Glad you found a solution.

any brand well u can ask ur doctor too, mine is ok with me using it as long as u sterile it often
