writing out my "Birth Plan"🎀

how do you write one of those? like what do u put on it?

@puffball, its really just what you want and or dont want during and after delivery ...example-skin to skin contact, epidural

They really do help keep you relaxed during labor! I had even made a mix tape a month or so before my due date and listened to it everyday so that my son recognized the songs during labor, I felt like it helped.

Thebump.com has a pdf of a birth plan that I just printed out to take to the hospital with me. Makes it soo much easier! You just check stuff off.

yea thanks I'm not going by that I just have a few simple things ..very simple lol but to each it's own...

Mine is pretty simple too. But the few things I do want are very specific. And I was worried because back in the day we didn't have the options we do now. The doctors did it their way 😓 this just relieved a lot of stress for me 😍

it is very helpful to keep your birth plan down to one page you can talk about the other things you want with your provider before the time comes but have the most important things on one page.
