depends on circumstances. here in indiana if a woman files for a paternity test, she doesnt have to pay for it unless the child comes back as not whoever's been tested, otherwise it can range from 250-500.
oh alrighty. you should be able to file while still in the hopsital, ny brothers ex did it after she had her daughter and the did the swab with baby right there. she ended up having to pay almost 300 if i remember correctly when it came back that my brother wasnt the father. if the hospital won't do it, call the local courthouse and see what they say.

im so sorry, i didnt see the before shes born part, my bad. chances are they wont do it because it is risky and they dont wanna take a chance at hurting baby, unless you're already having the procedure done for genetic testing after a positive quad screening, they will probably tell you to just wait it out until baby is born. just ignore him, i know its tough but dont let him upset you. you can still be excited about baby.
They have a new test were they take blood from the mom while pregnant and a salvia swab from the dad and they can find out that way. Only problem with the new test is that it cost a lot. My sil had it done while pregnant last year and said it was fine except the cost.
I know they have some that you can do but they're expensive as anything and be sure doesn't have almost 1,600 to pay and neither do I and the other one I looked at is like $950 to do it before she's born I just don't wana go the next 4 and a half months having him say she isn't his almost everyday his mom said that maybe my doctor could it but I don't think they can do that kind of thing @jacesterlingsmommy @mommaoftwoprincesses @pixiestix @levismommy2014

I thought it was really expensive and dangerous... But this was years and years ago but it was in the thousands to do it while still pregnant

A girl I know did it at 14 weeks and it was no big deal. Each person tested had to pay $300 though
