Acid Reflex..my liquids feel like they wanna come back up...any advice lady's

I didn't have much of morning sickness with this pregnancy ...but this can be a pest....no heartburn either

Drink a glass of milk. It's the only thing that's helped me.

Sit up or elevate if laying down.
