well got home from work after hearing a pop in my knee and went to the er I have strained ligaments and they diagnosed it as a knee sprain

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
