any mom's out there that have had c sections have advice for coughing? this is my second one but I don't remember what I did cause it's been 9 years....and I need to cough really bad!

hold a pillow to the incision to cough. it'll still hurt and try not to cough too hard. that's what my friend did after hers.
usly hold ur stomach with a pillow abd cough it hurts tho
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
