So I am figuring out that postpartum depression is real... no I don't want to hurt myself or my baby, I just feel sad. Do any of you ladies know any good ideas on how to relieve the sadness?
I had it. Try working out. I know it's hard with the baby but even for 10 min do some crunches& squats, get your endorphins flowing and you'll get out of that funk. Getting outside was very helpful for me too, also some retail therapy. 😂☺️❤️
I do appreciate it. it's hard to talk to people for me though. I've always helped everyone in my life but it's so hard to ask for help
Talk do your doctor, talk a daily walk (fresh air and sunlight help), always find time to get out of the house if you can. Positive talking, like looking at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself some uplifting things. Depression is real...don't try and go at it alone, always talk to someone
Yes. I was very sad and cried all the time. I wasn't really sure why I was upset but I after a little over a month I realized I needed to do something about it.
