ссылка The teas work wonders the chai spice tastes so much better than all the milk maid or boxed tea that is out there for lactation. It truly is a god send I went from pumping 4 ounces to 8 every few hours ! Also I drink like a gallon of water a day ! You always want to stay hydrated.
@teamblue040416., im not sure if u can purchase em somewhere. but you van make em. get on pintrest and find recipes! oats brewers yeast and flaxseed is what youll need! if u dont want to make cookies i really recommend fenugreek pills. i took 3 in the am 3 in the afternoon and 3 at pm. they helped so much...if u start smelling like syrup its cuz there working!(:
Feed your baby often! For long periods of time if you can its a supply and demand thing the more you feed your baby the more your body will make . Try eating oatmeal and drink a lot of water I've also heard of Gatorade , fenugreek, mothers milk tea . Pinterest has a lot of breastfeeding superfoods and tips too :)
2 things, and then I'll get to your question. 1- unless it has been recommended by a lactation consultant, a doctor, or your baby's pediatrician, pumping is not advised in the first 6 weeks because it could cause an over supply which doesn't sound bad, but it's painful, 2, pumping does not indicate how much milk you're really making; if baby is at breast nursing frequently they will be able to draw out more milk than the pump. How is baby's latch? Lots of cluster feeds are normal. You'll basically be a slave to your baby in the beginning but it's how your baby helps your body produce more milk. Make sure you're drinking a ton of water for supply! Oats also help. Gatorade helps me.
