Sharp pains that hit in your pelvic and down leg, hurts so bad like she's on a nerve or something 😩😩

@Queenbee29, the only thing I'm reading is that it's possible weight/water retention on the sciatic nerve.. It's being pinched. I notice it if I'm standing funny or sitting on the toilet with my legs bent.. If I straighten them it doesn't send that electric shock/pinch as badly

take both hands under ur belly & lift up for a few minutes it helps me so much bc my son sits on a nervous alot makes my hip butt cheap all the way down my leg is the sciatic nerve

It happens every time I walk smh

it's the pressure on your sciatic nerve
