so someone told my mother in law that I was In labor...I don't talk to my MIL anymore and have decided to remove her from my childrens lives bcuz she's an alcoholic and we've told her to quit drinking if she wants a relationship with her grandsons and she just continues to leave shitty drunk voicemails on my phone about how I have effed her over when it comes to her grandkids. well now she's leaving voicemails saying I need to call her if I'm having HER grandson...she even called my 11 year olds phone and left a message...it's getting out of hand...it's bet she's called the hospital a hundred times...their going to know who I am before I even get there...so embarrassing

Definitely let the floor nurses know, they will take her name down and not let her in im sure! You don't need any more added stress while trying to have your baby! Just unnecessary

@emkasting, yeah my husband won't call her and tell her what the deal is so I told him if she shows up at the hospital I'm telling them she's not welcome in my room and then he will really have to deal with it
UGH that must be ridiculously frustrating. My bf and I have cut both his mother and father (they're divorced) out of our lives so I can imagine the annoyance if they were to contact me when I go into labor. I seriously would tell them to FUCK off
