How long do you have to wait, after baby to workout? I've been so motivated to eat right and get my body on track. I'm not sure how long I have to wait to get into a routine after she comes

I think mine said 4 weeks

usually the doctor will tell you to wait til ur 6 week check up to do anything strenuous other than that you can start with light walking as long as your body feels up to it

They say 6 weeks but I walked and did pilates 2 weeks after giving birth...you know your body best and obviously if you are hurting or in pain stop working out to give your body more rest.
