Having a hard time losing weight at the moment. Maybe if I am smaller/healthier we can finally conceive. Feeling like I am the reason we haven't yet. It's crummy..

I was diagnosed with PCOS, so when I was TTC with my daughter (3 years ago) and my son (last year) I was told my weight had something to do with it. I was underweight but it can do the same thing. Once I picked up weight to my "suggested weight:height ratio" I conceived the next month. Try doing good substitutions and taking prenatal vitamins. Try and stay away from eating too much salad because it's filled with water. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day, and exercise for 60 minutes 6 times a week with one rest day. You don't need to do crazy workouts but just enough to get a good sweat going. I hope this helps. My problem was the opposite, but I remember how much of a bummer it was thinking it was my weight that hindered conception. Best of luck. Keep your head up!
