I'm due any day now and I want to help the process along I don't really care how early or whatever I am cuz I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and my daughter is measuring a week ahead. I'm fearful of induction and caesarean so I want to do things that will help her along so at the very least I'm not late. any ideas?

I'm also going to be 38 weeks tomorrow. I bought a yoga ball to bounce on! Hoping it helps! I'll have to let you know if it has after my appointment tomorrow!!

I literally did everything natural to induce my labor and nothing happened. But, I ended up being induced at 39+6 due to high blood pressure. Induction wasn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be! You'll get there, mama. Good luck 😘
