thank y'all both @lashellg @mommakate1. I'm just scared my last miscarriage went missed till my 12 week check up and I had has period cramps before that

A little cramping is normal.  Just listen to your body. If you feel the need to go to the dr make an appt. I had a miscarriage last July. So I know exactly how you feel. And being worried and I will pray and hope for the best for you.

I had that too but never hurts to get it checked
