I had a cone biopsy 6 years ago and am currently 21 weeks pregnant. I had scans at 14, 18 and 20 weeks and my cervix showed it was long and closed. I was told if it was to shorten or funnel, it would have showed signs already. Should I still be worried? Should I ask for another scan?

it's natural to worry about something like that.....if you don't feel confident enough than it wouldn't hurt to ask for another scan.....but I'm sure if the doctors thought anything could change they would of scheduled you with one.

Yeah, that's all I keep thinking is they know what they're doing. But I also have read so much about the cervix opening prematurely before 24 weeks. So even though they said it's fine, what if it's not? I already stressed I wanted the scan at 18 weeks and they gave it to me. I just feel like an annoying patient if I keep questioning their medical opinions.
