Right! She mentioned aveeno too cause I have that too and had mentioned using that instead but then she recommended using cetaphil as the lotion and dove scentless soap. I got the baby bar soap in the baby section of Walmart. It's in a pink box. I can't remember the name but it's been great for him.

@camerynsmommy, thanks this was helpful, its their any chance that lotion can be part of it to??, because I use aveeno body wash and aveeno lotion, so if I the body wash could be a problem then I can't use the lotion because their the same brand?

Ah yes! Baby soap too! My ped said stay away from Johnson and Johnson until they're a little older. She said use a scent less bar of soap instead of liquid. That may help too! We changed the detergent and soap so I know it cleared up after that. I can't say exactly which worked better but I'd try either! I plan to use dreft again in a few months and for our cloth diapers.

maybe so, I think anything could cause it because babies skin are just so sensitive, try the detergent I think that's more common & if that doesn't work then keep trying different things it could be :)

Not baby acne. My son had that and it may be the detergent. Our ped had us change from dreft to "All" detergent and he's great now!
