Might be tmi. I've been having a constant pain in my vagina... I also woke up with my hips hurting (on both sides by my hip bones) and I've been having contractions on and off, nothing regular. I'll be 37 weeks Thursday.. I never went into labor with my first (I had a c section) could I be dilated? Could this be labor? I'm 2.5hrs away from my doctors office... Help!

I asked my doctor about it today because I've been having the same stabbing pain as @rochelleyayy , and he said it's the baby's head being pushed against the cervix (if your baby's in position)
I've been having the same pains as you for over a week now. It feels like he's stabbing my cervix with a knife. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I'll let you know what she says. I'll be 37 weeks on Thursday as well
