My baby keeps spitting up all the milk I give her. She's happy and acting normal otherwise. Burping and sitting up doesn't help. Any suggestions?

How old is she? And about how much? My ped said as long as she isn't losing weight it's normal.

@justusthree, @mylovejude she's a little over 3 months and breastfed. It started as a little bit but today she's throwing up everything.

My son is the same way he's 7 wks and formula fed but I was told it's normal as longs as there not whining after a spit up then it's fine and should ease up at about 6 months thats long time I know but my son is fine when he spits up and its usually hours after he has eatin @alyh
