@jellybeanz, I read 2-3 cans a week is fine! Sometimes those articles really scare you though lol
oh wow. I really didn't know that. but I've only scarfed down 2 tuna sandwiches since I've been pregnant.

yes. just watch where it is coming from. like I'm unable to eat fresh fish from the Mississippi this summer do to Mercury levels..

my ob said eat as much fish as you want just watch the mercury levels. avoid fish high in mercury
@jellybeanz, tuna contains Mercury. If you ask google if you can eat tuna while pregnant most of the articles say no lol
@babymama85, you'll be fine then. I make Mac and cheese with canned tuna once in a while
