Still having bad pains from my pelvic area up to my belly button with my stomach getting tight after I stand and walk for a little bit, been happening for over a week now went to the hospital Thursday and they said everything was fine I'm going on 25 weeks, I just don't feel right and like something's wrong .. Has anyone else had these problems or have any advice ?!?!
Oh and try Tylenol! Heat pads massaging or even walking it out slowly but you'll get to actually get all those ligaments moving
Go on YouTube and look up pregnant yoga it helps stretch everything out and isn't too straining on the body. I do it every time I'm in pain!
