Don't be scared! I was terrified. My labor went so amazing tho. The doctors and nurses were all saying I'm a model patient when it came to giving birth. The worst part was the contractions and the morning after (I was cut tho) I got an epidural and didn't even feel her come out.

I'd seriously be dead right now if I believed everyrhing I read online. I'll have one problem then all the sudden I'm convinced I'm terminally Ill when really there's nothing even wrong with me

Like my app was talking about maternal heart failure and how it's the main death cause during pregnancy. And reading stuff about stillbirths and I'm just scared.. It makes me feel like I can't handle this because I'm so nervous.. @joyynaomii

Don't be. They monitor you so close. When you're pushing they keep monitoring the baby's heart beat too. I pushed so hard my blood pressure dropped because she wouldn't get past a certain part, and my doctor cut me, she knew what to do. If any problems happen they know exactly what to do. My daughter came out not crying or breathing because she had a bowel movement inside, but they immediately worked on her and she was good to go. Your apps will scare you. Only use them for tracking and what / what not to eat.

If you can't handle the pain, get an epidural to help your body. They give you a button to administer it now instead of the full dose. So you use it when YOU need it. It helped me a lot. With each contraction my body couldn't handle it anymore. Epidural didn't even hurt, I would've had major issues without it I believe lol

My doctor told me pretty early on not to google! Honestly the best advice I've gotten so far, used to google everything and would freak myself out.
