Everyone is different. Depends on how much you breastfeed. I breastfeed all day and only pump once a day about 2 hours after my son goes to bed and on a good night I get 2 ounces total. Women who pump exclusively are able to get more bedside their bodies are more use to the machine. Just remember that if you are breastfeeding your baby is a ton more efficient than a machine so they can get s lot more so even though I only pump 2 oz my baby can get double or more than that.
