Which spelling would work better ? It will be pronunciated as Eh-lee-in ... So , Elian or Elien ? Taking suggestions also of different spellings

I'm not trying to start anything, or make any of you mad. However some of the spelling, grammar, and miss used spelling for words on here drive me insane! Commas I'm Not so big on but some things just make me cringe 😭😵
Quick question my mother in law middle name and grandma in law middle names are fay. But one is spelled FAY and the other one is spelled FAYE. I’m not close with either of them people and their very rude to me and judge my every move but my husband insisted that if we have a girl I have to use that middle name. So my question is can I spell FAY like this FAEY? I just want it be a little different or is there any other way to spell it other then the 2 ways? I know I sound petty but I really don’t get along and to make my husband happy I have to use the name he doesn’t care how I spell it though! So please help

What about Ehlien or Ehlian? I like Elien of the two original though.
