anyone else have a really bad hip it hurts sends shocks feels like someone punching it. like its hard to move it puts me into tears

lay on a tennis ball and roll your hip over it or have someone massage it really well. stretching will also help

Yea I get that way but it's only my left one
my hips have actually gotten wider and my hips and legs hurt to the point I can't move

if its the right side, its your sciatic nerve being pinched. if its the left, its the lumbar nerve

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
