Had a membrane sweep and went into labor 2 days later. I tried the ball and it didn't help, in fact my baby wants me to bounce on it with him now because I bounced so much. WALKING, lots of walking

After having my membrane swept I was having a lot of pressure and contractions every 15-20 minutes so the next morning I knew it was close and I wanted to hurry it along

I had my membrane swept and then the next day I walked 2 miles around the mall and did a bunch of squats on each lap and then had sex :P (it hurt like crazy but enjoyable still) and I had my daughter that night
