I was too. but you have to. I took miralax and suffered thru pooping. they gave me a few days and waited until the last min to actually try. it definitely hurts mamma but ya gotta do it. @serenitysmommmy331

@serenitysmommmy331, I was 😒 I got medicine from the doctor. It wasn't as bad as the actual fear. I was just afraid to tear my stitches but I was ok after a few times

@serenitysmommmy331, I think it's natal to be scared to poop, coffee helped me along with the meds to have a softer stool.
